Medical certificates are special-category (Article 9) data. We minimise this to a valid/expired flag wherever possible and process it only with explicit consent. Full detail to be completed with our solicitors.
We use automated processing in the certificate-integrity checks and the CV builder. This section will describe that processing and your right to request human review.
All personal data is hosted in the United Kingdom (AWS London) and does not leave the UK.
Sharing is consent-controlled. This section will set out our data-sharing arrangements with recruiters, centres and operators, and our sub-processors.
